Early on
I started my journey painting vintage cars in bold, pop colours, capturing their nostalgia and timeless charm with a contemporary twist. The vibrant hues and exaggerated forms turned these classic automobiles into more than just machines—they became symbols of culture, history, and artistic expression. I was drawn to the balance of precision and playfulness, using colour to highlight the elegance of their design while infusing them with new energy. These paintings found a strong connection with collectors who resonated with both the subject and the vibrancy of my approach.
Current
Over time, I felt the need to evolve and push my practice further. I have distilled my pop aesthetic into a more refined, conceptual style, simplifying forms while maintaining the essence of movement and design. My recent work moves beyond paintings into sculpture, working with metal to create three-dimensional car forms that add depth and tactility to my exploration. This shift has opened new creative possibilities, and I am now developing a series of sculptures that take this evolution even further, expanding the boundaries of how I engage with material and space.
